Refund and Returns Policy

At ITDeals.pk, we maintain a transparent and fair return policy. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Inspection at Delivery

  • Customers must check the product on the spot at the time of delivery.

  • Any physical damage, missing items, or visible defects must be reported immediately.

  • Once the delivery is accepted, no claims for physical damage will be entertained.

2. Warranty Policy (New vs Used Products)

New Products

  • All new products come with official manufacturer warranty, where applicable.

  • ITDeals.pk does NOT handle warranty claims for new products.

  • For warranty-related issues, customers must directly contact the manufacturer or authorized service center.

  • No warranty claims for new products will be entertained by ITDeals.pk.

Used / Refurbished Products

  • Used products do NOT come with manufacturer warranty.

  • Used products include a 7-day checking warranty only.

  • If a technical fault (non-physical) is found within 7 days, the customer is eligible for exchange, subject to verification by our technical team.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective products verified by ITDeals.pk.

  • Products must be returned in original condition, including:

    • Original packaging

    • Accessories

    • Invoice

4. Returns Without Any Issue (Change of Mind)

  • If a customer wants to return a product without any defect or issue, ITDeals.pk reserves the right to accept or decline the return.

  • If approved:

    • A 25% deduction will be applied to the product value

    • Remaining amount will be refunded or adjusted accordingly

5. No Return / No Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, damaged, misused, or altered

  • Any warranty seal or security seal is broken, removed, or tampered with

  • The product shows signs of unauthorized repair or modification

  • Original packaging, accessories, or invoice are missing

6. Seals & Stickers

  • All seals applied at the time of sale must remain intact.

  • Tampering with seals automatically voids eligibility for return, exchange, or warranty claims.

7. Final Decision

  • All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by ITDeals.pk.

  • ITDeals.pk’s decision will be final in all cases.
