4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, or online payment gateways (as available).

  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation (except COD).

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be processed according to our refund policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • ITDeals.pk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

  • Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Warranty & Claims

  • Warranty (if any) is provided according to the manufacturer’s or distributor’s terms.

  • Software issues, virus infections, or damage due to misuse, power surges, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.

  • Customers must check the product at the time of delivery. Claims after delivery may not be accepted.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and reported within the specified time.

  • Products must be returned in original condition with packaging, accessories, and invoice.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website

  • Provide false or misleading information

Any misuse may result in account suspension or legal action.
